We are excited to welcome freshers to apply for the role of Travel Consultant in our Dhaka office. As a Travel Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering their questions via phone, email, and in person. You’ll help clients plan their trips, make travel arrangements, and ensure they have an unforgettable travel experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
• Provide travel advice and information on destinations, visa requirements, and insurance
• Handle phone, email, and walk-in client inquiries, offering excellent customer service
• Manage reservations and provide updates on travel plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Address any issues or concerns clients may have before, during, or after their trips

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required – we are open to fresh graduates and individuals looking to start their career in the travel industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for travel
• Fluent in Bengali and English; additional languages are a bonus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
